Effective October 27, 2026. This policy explains what the Hot Mic Cuts website and the Hot Mic Cuts Publisher app (the "Service"), operated by Edgar Lucatero, Los Angeles, California, collect and how it is used.
We do not collect your platform passwords, and we do not sell personal information.
To publish the posts you approve, to show you how those posts perform, and to keep the Service secure. We do not use platform data for advertising, and we do not share it with third parties except as needed to run the Service or as the law requires.
Tokens and statistics are stored on computers we control, with access limited to the operator. We delete a connected account's tokens and data within 30 days after you disconnect it or ask us to.
You can revoke the Service's access from each platform's settings at any time. You can ask us to see or delete your data by emailing the address below. California residents have the rights the CCPA provides, and we honor them on request.
Use of YouTube data is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy, and the Service's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. TikTok and Instagram data are handled under each platform's developer terms.
The Service is not for anyone under 18.
We will post any change on this page with a new effective date.
