Effective October 27, 2026. Hot Mic Cuts is operated by Edgar Lucatero, Los Angeles, California ("we", "us"). These terms govern the Hot Mic Cuts website and the Hot Mic Cuts Publisher app (together, the "Service").
The Service lets an account owner prepare short video clips and publish them to that owner's own TikTok, Instagram and YouTube accounts through each platform's official API, after the owner reviews each post and chooses its privacy setting. The Service also reads basic statistics (such as view counts) for videos it published, so the owner can track performance.
The Service is for account owners we authorize, who are at least 18 years old and able to agree to these terms. You must also follow the terms and community guidelines of each platform you connect.
You keep ownership of the content you publish. You confirm you hold the rights or campaign authorization needed for every clip you post, and that each post carries any disclosure the law or the platform requires, including paid-partnership labels. You grant us only the limited permission needed to transmit your content to the platform you choose.
You connect a platform account by signing in on that platform and approving the requested permissions. You can revoke access at any time from the platform's app settings, or by contacting us.
You may not use the Service to post content you have no right to post, to inflate views or engagement by artificial means, to impersonate anyone, or to break any law or platform rule.
We provide the Service as is, without warranties of any kind, and may change or stop it at any time. We will post changes to these terms on this page with a new effective date.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for actions taken by any platform on your account.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
